Making the Internet Make You Money

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

You can make money through the internet in a variety of ways – online surveys, writing, paid to post forums and review sites, etc. But doing any of these things still mean you have to work for everything you earn. Instead, why not look into creating a residual income that can bring in money even when you are not working.

There are three good ways of creating this kind of income. The first would be to set up an ecommerce shop. The problem in doing this is you need to buy products to sell, keep stock, deal with customers etc. So it may be good for a few people, but is not an option for most. You could dropship products but there is not much money to be made in dropshipping unless you are selling lots and lots of products.

The second way is by creating a popular site or blog and putting advertising on it, or selling advertising space on it. This is a great way of earning money but you are going to have to get a lot of visitors to earn money from advertisements.

The third way and the way I earn money online, is by creating a niche site and selling affiliate product that my visitors will be interested in. Find a niche you know a lot about, create a small site with a few articles and sell an affiliate product related to your niche. Make sure you get very targeted traffic to your site, perhaps by writing a couple of dozen articles about your niche and putting them onto your site. Then you should be able to make a few sales fairly quickly. And then you can leave that site alone to earn you money and move on to your next site.

Make Sure You Have the Right Mind Set When Starting Your Internet Business

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

I was very fortunate to have three coaches that not only taught me the game of football but had a big influence off the field. Tony Dunge who coaches Indianapolis Colts, Mike Shanahan who coaches Denver Broncos, and Joe Gibbs with the Washington Redskins all had a big impact on how I view many aspects of my life and what they taught carried over to how I conduct business too.

In starting your internet business you don’t want to do this yourself no matter how much you think you know. Picking out your coach or mentor is critical. You need to find one that will not only teach you the business content but more importantly your mentor needs to get out the creative side of you and get you passionate about your new business. We all have a creative side in us no matter what you may think and when you start tapping into it, that is when the fun really starts.

You need to be creative not competitive. What I mean by that is being creative, all your efforts are for the good of you and everybody else involved. A competitive mind in business is what ever is good for only me at all cost. That is why there is so many scams out there. They have a competitive mind and they are missing out of so much because money and greed are their sole focus.

It’s also important to be grateful that you are actually taking action and really having fun doing it. You won’t believe the rewards you will start experiencing. You’ll start meeting new people you never dreamed you would meet and you’ll start networking with people that quite possibly will change the rest of your life. Money will start coming to you in ways you never imagined and it’s important to maintain the thought of gratitude and the thought that this is for the good of you and everyone else involved.

Once you and your mentor get your game plan in place and you are really having fun with this make sure you share this with others and give back by helping other family, friends or somebody that could use a little spark. With the Holidays just around the corner feel the opportunities that are right in front of you. This is the perfect time to take action and look around you with all these great articles, there is a lot of support to help out your success.

NFL networking leaves no chance of getting involved with a scam. If you need help and reliable coaching see the newspage on NFLVoices.com

Could You Be an Internet Entrepreneur?

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

This is the question you might be asking yourself. Why? Well the current economic climate means that many of us are exploring ways in which we could make an alternative income and possibly fund a better lifestyle for ourselves. You might be asking yourself the above question also because you are at a critical point in your life – midlife crisis, passed over for promotion (again), the list is endless. So, look at the characteristics below which experts say are necessary for a successful businessperson:

1 An Overwhelming Desire to Succeed. Translated this means you must have a positive belief in yourself, your values and ultimately your product.

2 A Great Product. Without a product that you believe in – you will fail. Your product must have value and solve a problem that your customer perceives (whatever that might be)

3 Planning And Organisational Expertise. This might not come easy to some people – but you really need to get into the habit of writing down your overall business structure and ideas. This will carry you and your business forward.

4 A Persistent Attitude. Rejection is common in this business and when you start up it is easy to assume failure if your first attempts meet with a poor reception. You will need to overcome your doubts though and try different tactics – never allowing yourself to be side-tracked on the way.

5 Communication Skills. You will need to communicate your ideas in the verbal and written context. Why is this important? Well you will have to communicate with customers, designers, and potential partners and your ability in this field will ultimately secure your success.

6 Decision Making. Without a doubt you will need to prioritize and take a step in dark – even in the beginning. This is one of the hardest traits.

Hopefully you will now be able to see how your success or failure in this field is determined by whether you can apply the characteristics of successful Internet Entrepreneurs.
