As you can imagine, as an internet marketer there are questions I get asked a lot, as do many other internet marketers! Therefore to do a piece on one of the most frequently questions asked seemed quite appropriate! So, how hard or easy is internet marketing?
Well if you want the answer in a word or two most internet marketers would probably say it’s pretty easy! But like anything, you have to do some work, some hard work to make it easy! That’s the bit they don’t always tell you!
The concept of internet marketing is simple. It really doesn’t take that long to grasp at all, although some people do apply it better than others! There are a couple of brutal truths about internet marketing and here they are…
1. HARD WORK – The majority of people are allergic to hard work; it’s just a fact of life! But the truth is, unless you’re lucky enough to either win the lottery or come into a lot of money somewhere along the line, you are going to have to work hard in life to earn a living! At the beginning of your internet career you are going to have to work hard to make it work, there is no doubt about it. You have your own business so you determine what you earn, and if that’s not an incentive I don’t know what is!
2. MONEY – Like any business you have to make an investment to make it work. With internet marketing you can technically do everything for free (except it’s going to cost you your time), but realistically if you want to see some results your generally going to have to put your hand in your pocket! But there are ways you can spend your money wisely. There are some necessities when it comes to internet marketing and some thing you can do without! For example using an auto responder is most internet marketer’s best friend. Invest your money in things that you need rather than what you think you may want.
