What a privilege to have them as my colleagues – how inspirational they are and how they have a genuine desire and integrity to help others to fulfill them dreams. They have chosen a different life, they have stepped outside the square, they have challenged and questioned themselves, they have fought hard to get their success, they cherish it, they are grateful for it and they genuinely want to give something back. It is their commitment to help others that I find most humbling.
