Part 1 – The Math of Earning an Extra $20,000-100,000 Annually on the Internet Working From Home
The bottom line in any successful work from home business is to determine “What will it really take to get that $20,000 plus into my bank account or PayPal account?” The answer is found in the math.
What I’m going to use as an example that will show you the equation by which you can figure out what it will take for you to reach to your yearly income goal. You can also evaluate any home business you are looking at using this same equation. As an example, I will use one of my favorite cash generating websites that we have been working with over the past few months. It is IPC (Independent Profit Center) … this site does 2 things.
(1) Gets the visitor more information by joining my list and
(2) the ability for them to get involved immediately.
So let’s say you want to know what it will take to generate $20,000 extra this next year. Here’s the math. (If you want to be making $100K just multiple by 5). Start with your desired income goal of $20,000, IPC pays $200 per sale directly into your account instantly. So divide $20,000 by the $200 to find out how many sales you will need to make – in this example that would be 100. Since there are 52 weeks in a year it is easy to calculate that you will need about 2 sales per week to hit your goal or a sale every 3 1/2 days. So you multiple your 2 sales per week of $200 each which equals $400 by 52 weeks and you see that your income goal has been exceeded – $20,800. So by imputting the amount you earn per sale, divided into your income goal which will give you how many sales you will need to make, you can evaluate any program out there and determine how realistic a goal that may be. This is a very simple method to evaluate the effort needed to reach your goals.
Just break it down … it’s not as tough as you think.
