Another thing that customers are looking for in a website is one that is easy to navigate. People don’t want to spend a lot of time looking all over for what they want – they want to be able to find what they are looking for and finish their business there.
Feedback
The last thing that people are looking for when it comes to a website is they want a way that they can give people feedback. This can be accomplished by a guestbook, a feedback forum, or a link to an email.
When someone is doing their web design, the three things that are listed above are what should be considered because they are things that customers are looking for. Customers who are happy with the website are going to come back again and again.
